Pre-natal and Post-natal programmes support new and expecting parents by providing information and skills to:

  • improve pregnancy outcomes.
  • have positive birthing experiences.
  • make decisions about infant feeding and early parenting.
  • inform parents about child development.
  • connect new parents to other family supports in the area.

Parenting programmes provide parents and primary caregivers with information to promote healthy child development and build child raising skills.

EarlyON Child and Family Centres offer pre-natal, post-natal and parenting programmes and information. Programmes and Services that you can find in our community include:

18-month enhanced well-baby visit

An enhanced doctor visit that includes a detailed check of your child's development.

Baby Basics

This program is for parents with children aged 3 months or younger at start of program.  A series of workshops that will explore your questions and expectations during the first 6 months of parenting.

The Circle of Security is a relationship-based program designed to enhance attachment between parents and children. For Parents and caregivers who have child(ren) over 1 year of age.
