The Growing Great Generations (GGG) Planning Table brings together senior leaders from health, education, and social service organizations across Wellington-Guelph.
The Planning Table functions as GGG’s core leadership body, providing strategic direction, and guiding standing committees and working groups to advance long-term goals and specific objectives.
Working Together for Impact
By working together, Planning Table members aim to:
- Set broad community service goals by engaging community groups and service providers in system-level planning.
- Identify and respond to system-level gaps, opportunities, and emerging needs through collaborative decision-making.
- Advocate collectively to government initiatives and funders to influence policy change and resource allocation.
- Leverage data, research, and policy insights to guide strategic planning and strengthen the overall system.
- Monitor and evaluate system-wide impact through shared measures that reflect both outcomes and collaborative effectiveness.
The GGG Planning Table is co-led by the Director of Services with the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington and the Director of Children’s Early Years with the County of Wellington.
