A Day of Connection, Collaboration, and Learning
Hosted by the Growing Great Generations Birth to Six Standing Committee, the Birth to Six Interprofessional Forum is an annual gathering that brings together service providers, health and social service navigators, and referral specialists in Wellington-Guelph who support children from birth to six years old and their families.
The annual forum took place in May 2026, welcoming more than 110 participants. Building on this momentum, the event will return in 2027 with fresh topics and learning opportunities.
Planning is underway for the 2027 Birth to Six Interprofessional Forum! Coming Spring 2027, stay tuned for details.
